According to the World Health Organization (WHO), it is estimated that by 2050, there will be around two billion people over the age of 60. It is also observed that approximately 15% of adults aged 60 and over suffer from mental health problems.

Alzheimer's is a degenerative illness that progresses with age, impairing the person's memory and independence. Dementia is a syndrome that causes deterioration in memory, thinking, and behavior, and severely impacts daily functioning.
