The constant blues, disturbed sleep and difficulty in thinking and concentrating can make it difficult for a person to turn up at college or work.
Aches and Pains
Frequently experiencing body aches such as headaches, neck pain, or cramps without any apparent physical cause.
Thoughts and Feelings
Loss of self-confidence and self-esteem. Can include negative thoughts about self, life and future. This can lead to a feeling of hopelessness,worthlessness and helplessness. In severe cases, these feelings or thoughts are manifested as self-harm, suicide or death.
